我们的公司行为准则规定,在交易中应尊重相互的知识产权。我们尊重他人的知识产权,注意不侵犯其权利,并将在管理知识产权时采取适当措施。同时,我们还将利用我们的知识产权,并对任何会干扰稳定供应高质量产品的行为采取必要与合法的行动。
知识产权工作人员被分配到每个事业部/研究所,在整个提交和获得知识产权的过程中与(指定部门的)事业部/实验室合作,这些知识产权基于部门和实验室的研发结果。 通过让同一知识产权员工(或同一知识产权团队)处理从发现发明到提交并获得专利的案例,在整个过程中提供持续支持。 他们的目标是通过充分了解研发状态、市场趋势和其他方持有的专利,获得符合当前业务情况的合法且有效的权利。如果这些知识产权受到侵犯,我们将采取行动并行使自己的权利。(请参阅"行使我们知识产权的结果"。)

如图 4 所示,我们目前持有的知识产权(专利/实用模型/设计)中,电子管业务占 31%,光电半导体业务占 34%,成像和测量仪器业务占 14%,其他(包括激光业务等新业务)占 21%。我们大约 80% 的知识产权为目前主导我们销售的业务提供保护,其余 20% 为未来销售前景良好的新业务相关技术提供保护。
