通过测量吸收光和荧光中的光子数,可以确定吸收光能量的利用率的变化量。有望应用于阐明光合作用机理、提高人工光合作用效率等研发。
我们使用了 PL 量子光谱仪来测量吸收光和荧光中的光子数。
