在受审查的财年中,与 2006 年 3 月 31 日结束的财年相比,CO2 排放量减少了 13.9%,实现了至少 10% 的目标,这主要得益于引入了可再生能源。除能源衍生的 CO2排放外,自 2006 财年以来,我们一直致力于通过引入燃烧和等离子体减排设备,来减少 PFC、SF6 与其他导致全球变暖的半导体制造气体的排放。
我们正在开展节能活动,以实现中期目标,即"第 84 个财年(截至 2031 年 9 月 30 日)与第 74 个财年(截至 2021 年 9 月 30 日)相比,将单位能耗至少降低 10%。
在本财年,我们通过采取建筑节能措施和积极引进符合“领跑者计划”的设备,使单位生产能耗率比第 74 个财年降低了 16.4%,从而实现了至少 10% 的目标。

滨松光子学株式会社正在努力通过推进太阳能和风能等可再生能源的实施来减少碳排放。在丰冈工厂,我们与太阳能公司合作,在 10 号楼的墙壁和屋顶上安装了太阳能发电设备 (250 kW)。在中央研究所的经营场所,我们将太阳能发电与小型风力发电相结合,为室外照明提供混合解决方案。截至 2022 年 10 月,我们累计实施了共 1,123 kW 的可再生能源。
