2021年9月27日,2021 BCEIA(第十九届北京分析测试学术报告会暨展览会)在北京隆重举行。在本届展会上,滨松中国以“清洁的空气、安全健康的饮食、绿色的居住环境”为主题,“以科技守护生活”为愿景,全方位、立体化地展示了滨松新产品及先进技术。
清洁的空气、安全健康的饮食、绿色的居住环境,这些是我们日常生活中看得见摸得着的东西,而为了达成这些目标,我们需要对PM2.5进行监测,需要对食品中的黄曲霉素等危害物质进行监测,需要对各种各样的物质进行分析,然后才是治理。这些监测和分析会用到光谱法、色谱法或者是质谱法。在此次分析与环境展区中,滨松中国就围绕着上述检测方法来为大家介绍我们可以提供的产品。
新产品
C15471 是一款超紧凑型拉曼光谱模块,该产品将微型光谱仪、紧凑型光学系统和其他滨松先进的光学技术融合在了一起,内置高灵敏度APS-CMOS、激光器温控。相比较前序产品,其光谱响应范围有了极具的提升,现可测量200cm-1—2500cm-1。
C15511-01FTIR引擎采用滨松独有的MEMS技术,在1100-2500nm的近红外区域具有超高的灵敏度。该产品体积小质量轻,手掌大小的尺寸也是内有乾坤,迈克尔逊光谱干涉仪和控制电路统统内置其中。FTIR光谱仪是一种利用光学干涉仪的化学分析技术,利用红外光照射样品,针对每个波长测量透射或反射光强度,从而分析和确定样品中所含物质的类型和数量。目前,大部分实验室或者科研机构都使用的是台式光谱仪不仅占地面积大,而且使用起来也很笨重。C15511-01光谱仪引擎的出现便很好的解决了上述问题,在确保高灵敏度使用参数的同时,将产品尺寸降低为手掌大小,大大满足了分析测试现场的使用需求。
质谱中的离子探测器
CERARION采用陶瓷镀膜,抛弃了常见的含铅玻璃材质,做到了灵活订制和大的动态范围,为今后的RoHS豁免节省大量工作。 该产品由无铅的环保材料制成,可以在较高气压环境工作,适用于离子阱质谱,四级杆质谱等 。
GEN3是第三代MCP,该产品采用栅网阳极结构,也就是在MCP电子出口和阳极之间加入栅网阳极构成三极结构,该设计可以避免反馈的正离子返回MCP,从而实现控制噪声离子的走向,高气压1Pa下的暗电流始终和高真空时保持一致,更加贴合小型质谱仪器的需求。 该产品体积小,可以在超高气压环境(1Pa)工作,长寿命命(1C/cm2 ),适用于离子阱质谱。
ICP用面阵探测器
S12071是CCD面阵图像传感器,具有背照式结构,在165-1100nm范围内具有高灵敏度、宽动态范围、1024*1024像素、低暗电流和抗光晕功能。非常适用于ICP质谱仪。
量子级联激光器
近期,“碳达峰”和“碳中和”成为热词了。为了检测相关污染物的排放,滨松的InAsSb光伏探测器,有别于NDIR设备中传统的PbSe光电导探测器,它在保证高性能的同时,采用了环保的原料,对环境友好,是未来NDIR设备的探测器发展方向。另一方面,滨松的量子级联激光器可以匹配二氧化碳等多种温室气体的中红外特征吸收峰,还可以配套提供包含探测器、驱动电源、温控在内整体解决方案,为客户实现痕量气体的精准监测。
