光通信
随着AI应用的广泛部署,特别是大模型和超大规模数据中心的发展,数据中心的流量需求呈现出爆炸式增长。这种增长对数据传输速率、带宽和延迟提出了更高的要求。光模块作为光通信系统的核心组件,其性能直接影响到数据传输的效率和质量。因此,高速率光模块的研发和应用成为了满足Ai计算需求的关键。
从早期的100G、400G光模块,到如今的800G、1.6T甚至更高速率的光模块,技术的演进不断推动着数据传输速率的提升。针对Ai和数据中心的800G/1.6T光模块需求,滨松可提供全系列探测器方案,涵盖1310 nm InGaAS PIN PD方案和850 nm GaAS PIN PD方案。
激光雷达
如今,自动驾驶技术落地应用已逐步铺开。激光雷达(Lidar)系统对核心器件提出了进一步小型化、成本优化、性能综合化、专用化的要求。

工业自动化
本次滨松中国工业自动化展台的主题是“为多类工业自动化应用批量供应高品质的光探测器”。在十四五智能制造发展规划中有指出,国内企业要重点研发微纳位移、高分辨率视觉等传感器。在此背景下,滨松作为全球光电芯片的领先品牌,致力于为国内的工业自动化场景提供一批高性能、高品质、高一致性的光电探测器产品。
本次滨松中国工业自动化展台,围绕着激光监测、激光位移测量、光开关、颜色传感这四大方向,为大家带来了相关的探测器产品。比如在激光监测应用中,滨松可提供覆盖可见光、近红外光、中红外光监测等产品,其特点是波段齐全,动态范围高。面对长时间的监测需求,仍可保持稳定的输出。更多精彩产品欢迎来到现场参观交流。
成像与调制
在成像与调制展区,这次我们带来了3款核心产品。
第一款是ORCA-Quest qCMOS第二代新品相机。qCMOS 相机在推出以来,已经在众多领域取代了EMCCD相机,并且在量子光学、材料光谱、X射线成像、超分辨成像等领域得到了广泛应用,在具有和EMCCD相同灵敏度的前提下,实现了高帧速和高分辨率。此次qCMOS第二代新品相机在一代的基础上实现紫外量子效率提高1倍,低噪声模式下更是帧速提高了5倍。
第二款产品是高分辨率的红外相机。它可以做到1280×1024的高分辨率,同时拥有400~1700 nm的光谱响应范围,非常适用于半导体,光通信等领域。
第三款产品是空间光调制器SLM。该产品的平均功率阈值现已高达700W,【干货】700W蓝宝石SLM 参数详解。
