光,及可能性本身。如今,光子技术的应用在我们的社会生活中已无处不在。滨松立足核心光子技术,以期助力世界光产业的开拓。然而仅凭我们自己是无法做到的,需要与万千光之大道上的同行者们一起,探寻未知未涉。
自改革开放初期,滨松即于新中国初代光学专家们建立起了深厚的友谊,如王大珩先生、母国光先生等等。对于推动我国光子基础及应用技术持续发展的一代又一代科研工作者们,滨松始终饱含敬意,并希望通过自身的力量,为其助力。为此,滨松中国计划广邀国内光技术、光应用相关的专家学者们,开办系列讲座——“滨松讲堂·青年学者科技论坛”,畅怀分享具有引领性、创新性的科研进展,以及热门的产研结合话题。希望通过建立广泛的影响,增加诸多高价值科研成果的呈现,或为产研联系创造交流平台。

专家简介
王磊,吉林大学唐敖庆青年学者,副教授,博士生导师。主要从事超快激光超分辨加工机制及应用的研究,以第一作者或通讯作者在Nature Photonics, Light: Science & Applications 等学术期刊发表论文20余篇,主持自然科学基金委面上、青年等多项项目,现任Chinese Optics Letters编委。
讲座摘要
基于激光的精密切割、钻孔和表面结构化已经成为现代工业中不可或缺的关键技术,并在微电子、光学和医学等领域发挥着日益重要的作用。然而,目前针对介质或半导体等固体材料的激光加工技术仍然受限于近微米级的空间分辨率和102量级的深宽比。
本报告将从超快激光与物质相互作用的机制出发,介绍固体材料中激光加工的发展历程,汇报光学远场诱导近场击穿技术(O-FIB: far-field-induced near-field breakdown)的原理,展示如何利用激光-物质相互作用过程中的形成的“种子结构”对脉冲光的远场和近场反馈,来绕过Fourier带宽定理对加工横向宽度与纵向深度的限制,以及在包括玻璃、半导体、激光晶体、铁电体等多种透明材料中实现了横向精度10纳米,深宽比达104的纳米深加工等。
