MEMS-FPI 光谱传感器由 MEMS-FPI 可调谐滤波器、光电传感器(光电二极管)等组成。它具有简单的结构,其中 MEMS-FPI 可调谐滤波器和光电传感器排列在与入射光方向相同的轴线上。虽然该产品是光谱传感器,但它使用单元件光电传感器,不需要昂贵的多通道光电传感器。
