FTIR 引擎
C15511-01 傅里叶变换红外光谱仪 (FTIR) 引擎小巧紧凑,可单手携带。迈克尔逊光干涉仪和控制电路均内置于手掌大小的外壳中。可以通过 USB 连接 PC 来测量光谱和吸光度。它可以应用于现场进行的实时测量,而无需将测量样品带入分析室,并能进行持续监测。
该光干涉仪配有内置光输入部分、分光镜、固定反射镜、可动反射镜 (ϕ3 mm) 和光电检测器。光电检测器采集的光强度信号根据可动反射镜的位置变化。通过处理(傅里叶变换)这些光强信号获得光谱。
FTIR 引擎具有内置半导体激光器(VCSEL:垂直腔体表面发射激光器),用于监控可动反射镜位置,从而实现高波长精度的光谱测量。
该产品包含评估软件,具有设置测量条件、采集和保存数据、绘制图形等功能。此外,还公开了动态链接库 (DLL) 功能规范,以便用户可以创建其原创测量软件程序。
