光离子化发生器必定成为下一代静电电荷消除器,因为它现在消除了传统静电消除器在物体、速度、环境和可靠性方面的所有问题。
离子生成在暴露于软 X 射线的整个体积中不断地发生。在带电物体附近产生的离子用于有效地去除静电电荷,因此不需要通过气流将产生的离子朝向物体发送。光离子化发生器还可去除轻型部件和粉末中的静电电荷。
在电晕放电法中,离子只是主要在电极附近产生。然而,在软 X 射线法中,在暴露于这些软 X 射线的整个体积中产生离子,从而在去除静电电荷方面带来极大改进。
