FDSS/μCELL 是一个实验室筛选系统,它紧凑地集成了在药物发现筛选中开发的技术,实现了易于使用的专用系统。

GPCR(G 蛋白偶联受体)在细胞信号转导中起着重要作用,许多靶向 GPCR 医疗药物已开发出来。FDSS/μCELL 能够通过使用荧光和发光探针来检测信使(如 Ca2+ 和 cAMP),它们是 GPCR 信号转导系统的主要贡献者。FDSS/μCELL 允许在整个微孔板孔中同时分配和动力学测量化合物,从而实现高通量筛选。
