光电子被电场能量吸引到阳极侧并在加速时与管中的气体分子碰撞,导致气体分子离子化。
离子化产生电子和阳离子。
随着电子和阳离子不断与其他气体分子发生碰撞,电子和阳离子的数量也在加速增加。
当满足 UVTRON®-具体的放电条件时,大电流在阳极与阴极之间剧烈流动,产生放电状态。
准确检测火焰和放电产生的微弱紫外光。使用紧凑稳健的 R9533 检测尺寸为 500 x 500 mm 的容器中的酒精火焰时,即使在距离目标约 80 米的位置也可进行准确检测。此外,使用超高灵敏度型号 R13192 时,可在约 125 米的距离内进行精准检测,支持远程检测的同时在传感器的设置位置上提供更大的自由度。
*1:亦可检测低于推荐检测下限值。但,我们很难区分背景噪声和检测目标的紫外光信号输出。
鉴于 UVTRON® 的光谱响应范围为 185 nm 至 260 nm (*1),故其对气体火焰、氢火焰和放电产生的紫外光敏感,却对太阳紫外光不敏感。因此,不使用光学截止滤波器也可准确检测火焰和放电产生的紫外光,无需担心日光。
