除了专有高灵敏度相机之外,我们还采用了带有滤光片切换机制的落射照明光学系统,可实现多达 6 个通道的多荧光扫描。每个通道均可输出图像文件,允许单波长查看或叠加多个波长进行综合分析。

通过在扫描过程中对荧光强度值进行缩放处理,可在更短的曝光时间内获得明亮的荧光图像。曝光时间可缩短至原时长的 1/8,从而加快扫描速度并降低荧光褪色的风险。
