辅助模块防止注入的氮气流出,并将氮气保留在氮气吹扫区域内。
我们通过模拟氮流来验证此辅助模块的有效性。在没有应对措施的情况下,将分区面板安装在各种位置,氮流出都几乎没有下降。然而,设计辅助模块时,在氮气积聚区域与低压区域之间留出了距离,因而有效地阻止了氮气流出。
