每种类型的最大入射光量等于输出电压振幅 [V] ÷ 光电变换灵敏度 [V/W]。顺便说一句,只需几毫瓦的入射光量即可导致设备损坏,因此在实际向设备输入光之前要采取预防措施。

如果增益率过高,则 APD 暗电流将会增大,导致 APD 的过剩噪声增大并降低信噪比。
如果环境波动光进入 APD,则可能会导致输出中出现噪声。输出信号上可能会叠加来自市售电源的噪声,特别是在荧光灯照明条件下。我们建议尽可能在暗处使用 APD 模块。此外,请使用具有低波纹噪声的串联电源,而不是开关电源。如果此问题未得到解决,请联系我们的销售办公室,获取有关环境条件的建议。
要通过光纤连接到 C12702/C12703 系列和 C10508-01 模块,请使用 FC 和 SMA 型光纤适配器(单独出售)。推荐使用石英纤芯直径 50 μm 和包层直径 125 μm 的渐变型 (GI) 多模光纤。C5658 模块不能连接光纤。如需通过光纤连接到 C5658 模块,则需要定制修改。
