滨松光子学集团供应链方针
作为全球供应链的负责任成员，滨松集团提倡可持续采购，并考虑环境保护、人权和劳工、安全和健康以及企业道德。这一承诺不仅延伸到我们自己的公司或团队，还贯穿于我们整个供应链，奠定了我们与供应商的互信基石。
作为可持续发展工作的一部分，我们已将“滨松集团供应链行为准则”分发给供应商。本文件可帮助他们了解“滨松集团可持续发展基本方针”，并支持推广企业社会责任活动。我们相信，业务连续性计划的制定和推广活动对我们履行向社会供应一致可靠产品的责任至关重要。
为了确保与这些目标保持一致，我们正在开展调查，以评估供应商在推广 ESG 活动和 BCP 方面的现状。

推广结构
建立了一个以管理统括本部长（常务执行役员）为领导、由采购总部负责监督的供应链管理体制。采购总部下的可持续采购推广委员会联合其他委员会共同报告和讨论可持续采购相关措施，并审查相关活动进展情况。
可持续发展办公室每季度向董事会报告重大问题、目标、进展及其他事项，董事会将提供指导和说明。
供应链概述
就各地区的产品材料支出金额而言，日本供应商占总支出的 82.3%，其次是北美（12.3%）和亚洲（中国除外）（3.9%）。
就各地区的供应商数量而言，日本供应商占总数的 94.3%。
识别主要供应商
我们通过考虑“采购金额”和“难以替代的关键材料的供应情况”等因素来识别主要供应商。
在当前财年（截至 2025 年 9 月），我们的产品所用材料有 229 家主要供应商。对于已识别的主要供应商，我们要求其遵守“滨松集团供应链行为准则”，并进行风险评估、提出改进要求，通过可持续采购调查和 ESG 审计提供支持。
请注意，主要供应商的采购金额占我们产品（不包括合并子公司）所用材料的采购金额的 90%。
基本销售和购买协议
（只适用于本地供应商）
我们与供应商签订基本买卖协议，约定遵守法律法规、尊重人权及保护环境，并要求供应商遵守此类条款。（94% 的主要供应商已签署基本买卖协议。）

供应链行为准则
2024 年 10 月，根据滨松集团行为准则，并参考日本电子和信息技术行业协会 (JEITA) 发布、我们参与制定的“负责任企业行为指南”，我们编制了“滨松光子学株式会社供应链行为准则”，新增了更多与尊重人权相关的条款。
我们正要求主要供应商了解并签署“行为准则”，并提交协议书。截至 2025 年 6 月，已有 223 家主要供应商签约。（签约率：97.4%）

可持续采购调查
我们定期开展可持续采购调查，以评估主要供应商在可持续采购举措方面的实施情况，并确认其是否遵守“滨松光子学株式会社供应链行为准则”。
调查项目以行为准则和管理体系为依据，尤其聚焦于人权和劳工、健康和安全等重要问题。
特别是，若供应商回复的评估结果不理想，双方将共同商讨改进措施，并要求其未来降低相关风险。
