作为全球供应链的负责任成员，滨松集团提倡可持续采购，并考虑环境保护、人权和劳工、安全和健康以及企业道德。这一承诺不仅延伸到我们自己的公司或团队，还贯穿于我们整个供应链，奠定了我们与供应商的互信基石。
作为可持续发展工作的一部分，我们已将“滨松集团供应链行为准则”分发给供应商。本文件可帮助他们了解“滨松集团可持续发展基本方针”，并支持推广企业社会责任 (CSR) 活动。我们相信，业务连续性计划 (BCP) 的制定和推广活动对我们履行向社会供应一致可靠产品的责任至关重要。
为了确保与这些目标保持一致，我们正在开展调查，以评估供应商在推广 CSR 活动和 BCP 方面的现状。

基本销售和购买协议
（只适用于本地供应商）
与主要供应商签订的《基本销售和采购协议》中包含关于遵守法律法规、尊重人权、保护环境的条款。
原则上在新签合同和续签合同时订立该协议。（主要供应商的合同比例：约 90%）
供应链行为准则
根据滨松集团行为准则，并参考日本电子和信息技术行业协会 (JEITA) 发布、我们参与制定的“负责任企业行为指南”，我们编制了“滨松集团供应链行为准则”。

CSR
我们定期对主要供应商进行 CSR 自我评估，以确定其 CSR 活动的状态，并要求他们报告其遵守“滨松集团供应链行为准则”的情况。
在评估特别不足的情况下，双方将讨论并考虑改善情况的方法。

BCP
BCP 问卷旨在检查供应商是否实施了专门针对地震的 BCP 措施。它由以下主要类别组成，共有 30 个问题，可以回答“是”或“否”。

2. 货物（建筑物、基础设施、通信方式、生产设施、原材料供应商、储存物品、物流、库存）
3. 信息（系统、数据、防地震措施、备份、恢复程序）
4. 应急系统维护和早期生产恢复（应急总部、早期恢复、手册、组织、角色共享）
